On Friday, June 11, I attended a Pilates class at Nika Ballet Studio in Brooklyn. This was a beginner/intermediate class with about twelve women. The style of the class was a bit different than I am used to because there was music playing, it was a new experience! I wouldn’t recommend this class for anyone who may have injuries or a beginner to Pilates. One taking this class definitely needs to have some previous experience. If you want to work out your legs, such as you inner thighs, and lose inches in your waist, this would be a class that you may want to attend if you live in Brooklyn. The class was a great workout and was worth trying!
I attended one of those pilates classes too. I’ve been doing pilates for more then 4 years and I know pilates! I can tell you for sure that the instructor was an amateur. I wouldn’t go for pilates to Nika Ballet Studio.
